The comfortable furnishings include the cozy living room with fireplace, from which you can look into the pool room. The heat pump heats the pool water and ensures low electricity consumption, it is also environmentally friendly. The rooms are not heated with a heat pump. The house is bright and offers plenty of space for two families with its practical layout. A real staircase leads to the hem, which is especially suitable for children.
