Property information

Modern and attractive vacation home with indoor hot tub for relaxation and wellness. Located in the middle of picturesque Arrild Ferieby. Built with high-quality materials, this vacation home is sure to appeal to even the most discerning guest. The furnishings are both cozy and functional, and the house can easily accommodate two families. The kitchen is conveniently connected to the dining room. Adjacent to this is the cozy living area with a pellet stove. The living room opens onto the large, partially covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes in the house, as well as a separate annex that can be used all year round with access from the carport, so you can enter without getting your feet wet. The vacation home has two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a whirlpool tub. A climate-friendly air-to-water heat pump feeds the pleasant underfloor heating throughout the house. There is much to discover in the holiday resort, including restaurants, shopping facilities, a playground, fishing lake, mini golf, swimming pool, etc. ? all within walking distance. From the 2023 season, there will be free access to the water park in the complex with South Jutland's longest water slide, Roman bath, sauna, etc. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
