Private entrance to beautiful cozy 'apartment set : 1 bedroom, kitchen, TV, living and bathroom'. You can enjoy a small garden in the frontyard. There is also BBQ facility if required. Sønderborg forest is 2 min walking. Beautiful road connects to sea/harbor 5 min by walking. Department store 5 min from the house. House also has all facilities for cooking, microwave and EV charging etc.
