The entire house features underfloor heating, powered by an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. The separate guest house contains two additional bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower. A shared living area includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, wine cooler, and dishwasher; however, cooking is not permitted in this kitchenette. Look forward to unforgettable moments in the fantastic outdoor wellness area, where a large pool, a built-in whirlpool, and a refreshing outdoor shower await you, offering ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.
