Its common areas have two large swimming pools, a children's pool, jacuzzi, solarium, beautiful gardens, Kaliste restaurant / bar, pool bar, Epyos beauty / spa / sauna, gym, parking, administrative offices, solar panels, golf carts for better mobility within the complex and in front of a beautiful crystalline beach with white sands, impressive views of marine corals and enlivened with rows of gardens.
We have two employees willing and at the orders of the owners, who are available to be in contact with the guests.
This apartment is located in paradise, and specifically in the Residencial Hotel Aligio, in front of Las Terrenas beach, quite central, five minutes walk from the center of town, surrounded by various Italian and French restaurants, pizzerias, bars, parks and other beautiful beaches and rivers. From the apartment we have the “El Catey” Airport, twenty minutes away by car; a public transport bus stop in the center of town that goes to Santo Domingo, which is the capital of the Dominican Republic, and can connect with the entire country; and a private marina "Puerto Bahia" of international rank with the capacity to accommodate any type of boats, yachts and marine vessels, which is forty minutes away by car.
