We offer 24/7 security, a safe in each bedroom, full kitchens, 3 terraces/floors, 4200 sq. ft., high ceilings. with en suite bathroom, and **AC unit in each room, with a BRAND NEW rustic pool, water tank, BBQ and garden, surrounded by tropical plants & fruit trees. There is an AC Unit in each bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a shower or bathtub in each bedroom. We have WiFi in the house. **There is a private apartment downstairs with a separate entrance that is a part of of the house rental. The Villa itself offers an inverter backup with 16 batteries, 3 propane gas tanks, and a water heater, which is necessary for life in the tropics. We also have a brand new water tank for house water/plumbing. You will have access to the entire Villa including the apartment downstairs. You will also have the pool and backyard exclusively to yourself when renting our property. Isabella (a Miami native via Barranquilla, Columbia) teaches yoga and leads workshops, as well as international yoga retreats in Dominican Republic and the DC Area. We speak English, Spanish, Italian and Mandarin Chinese fluently. Laura (Italianista, from the States with Asian roots) also teaches yoga, does our marketing, and works as a photographer + videographer. All the photos you see in this listing were taken by her.
