Property information

La Querencia is a colonial house located 6 blocks from Calderon Park, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 8 minutes from the airport. A house full of charm for its traditional architecture, with its owners that by their cordiality and good attention make their guests feel at home.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is called "El Chorro" and is characterized by being quiet and safe. In it is located "La casa del sombrero" (museum). It shows the weavers doing their work, for the elaboration of the toquilla straw hat, known as Panama Hat. It is also located the music conservatory. The main street is Rafael Maria Arizaga, whose width is approximately 6 meters. Having been one of the first streets to be built in the city, it is common to see old adobe houses dating from the Republican era. Its proximity to Calderon Park (central park), and commercial establishments, makes its location very interesting.
