Cozy appartment on the first floor in historic old wooden house. Our small, modest and clean appartment is fully renovated (2018), but the house itself is not renovated. The place has everything that you might need for a short stay. This is a one room apartment, with a small kitchen area. Toilet and shower are located together, it is quite small. Is no washingmashine in the apatment but the closest washhouse is aproximately 100m away. This place is the best for people who want to relax, but would love to stay close to the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is extremely close to the bus station (100m).. Close to the airport, tram stop, city centre and Old Town. It is possible to independently check in and check out, which is very convenient for you (more detailed information when booking)!! Check-in time is from 15.00. Check-out time - before 11.00. You can request earlier settling and we will gladly provide it to you if there will be no tenants before your arrival or they left early. Notice, the parking area in the yard is quite small and entering is quite narrow. You can park there for free. If you do not fit there, the closest parking lot is 300m and 24h costs 2 euro.

The apartment is extremely close to the bus station. Quiet neighbourhod, neighbours are majority older people, neither have they small kids. The windows are opening to yard, no interupting car noises. Supermarked is right across the sreet, opposite the appartment building. Within two hundred meters radius is Tallin Bus Station, sushi bar (MySushi), pizza place (Peetri Pitsa), Japannese restaurante and cafe that serves homemade Estonian dishe (Kodused toidud 24). It's opened 24/7 and has affortable prices. Tallinn's Centre Market is about 500m away from apartment. There you buy fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, candy etc.
