Welcome to HermiinStay - an authentic homestay experience with a tortoise Hermiine! This spacious (102 m2) penthouse 3-bedroom apartment with a sauna, hot tub, tortoise and large terrace (18 m2) is something I am sure you will enjoy! Located in Tartu only 5 minutes walk from the centre, everything is in walkable distance. I provide my guests with one private parking spot in the gated courtyard, fast 200 Mbit/s wifi, 55" Smart TV with Netflix (subscription included!) and 50+ tv channels, YouTube Premium, full kitchen with an espresso machine (beans included!) and all cooking essentials. Tere tulemast!
Welcome to my home! I always welcome my guests in person, show them around the apartment and tell them about the rules (no parties, don`t be noisy, quiet hours from 23 pm to 8 am etc.) and answer any question they might have.
It is 5 minutes walk from the main building of the University of Tartu and 8 minutes walk from the The Town Hall Square. Right next to the apartment is a botanical garden and Toome Hill Park. Bus station and train station are about 20 minutes walk. Nearby is a smart bike station, where you can rent an electrical bike. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and museums in the walking distance. My own favourite places to visit in the neighbourhood are bakeries like Saiasahwer, Tüümian and really fantastic cafe Mandel.
