Väike kalamaja korter on kompaktne, kuid funktsionaalne elamispind, mis sobib ideaalselt nii ühele inimesele kui ka paarile, vajadusel mahutab 4 inimest. Korteris on kõik mugavaks peatumiseks. Väike kööginurk nõude, veekeetja, presskannu, ahju, pliidi ja külmkappiga. Korteri vannituba on varustatudpesumasina, aurutaja ning vanniga, mis pakub suurepärast võimalust lõõgastumiseks. Samuti on vannitoas aken, mis tagab loomuliku valguse.
Rahulik tänav kalamajas millest 5 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel Lennusadamast, Patareist ja Kalamaja kalmstupargist. 20 minutit jalutada Vanalinna. Lähikonnas asub ka Telliskivi Loomelinnak, Fotografiska, Balti Jaam.
