A building dating back to the 19th century is situated in the very heart of Pärnu city, you will find yourself close to everything. Grocery stores, cinema, restaurants, trendy bars, and cafes just outside the door as well as parks and lush areas. River view while cooking, beach just 15mins walk.

The apartment is on the first floor of a 3-floor building. The walls are really thick, so it dampens extraneous noise and in the summer time the apartment is nicely cold.
As the apartment locates in the heart of Pärnu, it is really close to everything. 2 minute walk to 2 big grocery stores (Delice or Port Artur) to bus stop 1 minute walk. Really popular pizza restaurant Steffani and popular nightclubs like Aptek, Sugar and Vaarikas are just 4-5 minute walk from the apartment. 15 minute walk to the beach.
