A modern chic studio with a spacious roof that's perfectly equipped for long & short stays. weekenders are welcome to have a barbecue or even a movie night. Entertainment includes Netflix subscription on a 60'' TV placed right in the middle of the place along with board games like sequence and others. The compound is located in central zayed with super market, night life and even the coolest gym in town '' LA7'' no more than 5 minutes drive. Pro tip : I am a member, we can workout together

A safe compound In a quiet neighbourhood. 2 of the biggest and most niche supermarkets are few minutes walking. Entertainment and nightlife are 10 minutes ride or around 25 EGP uber.
