Yes - The area is within Aswan city from the residence to the Nile Corniche 5 minutes walk - Cataract Hotel - In front of the house is the Isis Island Hotel - You can see the Agha Khan from the balcony of the house - You can see the Nile River in a longitudinal strip from the house - You can see all the natural views of Aswan from the house
