Casa el Guincho is an independent rural property, secluded from mass tourism, located on a promontory just 50 meters from the sea. 200 meters from the house is the natural beach of Las Eras and just over 500m, passing through a magnificent path that runs along the ocean, is the playa de Las Carretas. Continuing the path less than 1 km away is Playa Honda, these beaches are famous not only for their fabulous maritime flora and fauna, but also for the waves, which form large and numerous throughout most of the year (surfer's paradise) . The house is located in the center of the west coast of the island, 25 minutes by car from the south of the island (nightlife place) and 20 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz. Casa El Guincho consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, large living room with open space and terrace on the upper part of the house (usable during the not very windy season). This property offers a large open space living entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with a comfortable chaise longue sofa and a 52 inch screen. Going down the corridor on the left we find the first sleeping area with wardrobes and direct access to the small courtyard where the laundry area is used, as well as the staircase that takes us to the terrace. After the first room, always on the left of the corridor, there is the bathroom with a large shower equipped with everything you need for your stay. In the last room at the end there is a further bedroom with a king size mattress, TV and a small window overlooking the ocean, here you can breathe in the scent of the sea and be lulled by the singing of the pardelle (Canarian bird) to the rhythm of the impetuous waves of the ocean that sing with the whistle of the wind.

It is a coastal neighborhood located about seven kilometers from the town center. Las Eras has a parish church dedicated to the Virgen del Carmen, a youth house, a sports center, public squares, as well as small shops, bars and restaurants. A large part of its surface is included in the site of scientific interest of the Cliff of La Hondura, next to the beach or Callao de Las Ceras, at the mouth of the ravine. Las Eras has a transport service on demand, by means of minibuses, called Tuwawa, which performs public transport functions within the municipality, there is also a taxi service, but to enjoy this wonderful island as it deserves, the best thing is to rent a car.
