Sleeping up to 7 people, this property is just 20 steps from the beach, offering direct access to the sea with no need to plan ahead. Relax on the terrace with barbecue while enjoying the stunning views. The interior of the villa is spacious and modern, with a bright living-dining room perfect for gatherings with family or friends. Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable environment all year round. The gas kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals, and the house also has a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds, one of them with en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with shower, serves the rest of the house. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available on request. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/person/day). - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - In order to comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
