Discover Province of Murcia and Costa Calida from our lovely apartment. Our stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away, not far from the seaside, not far from the mountains. The flat is ground floor with a large terrace (bbq available) and immediate access to the garden and the swimming-pool. The apartment has been renovated in 2021, with new furnitures, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen; it offers a television and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (+ extra bunk beds) and can comfortably sleep 4 (+2). There are 2 new bathrooms, which showers and toilet. Sheets and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Additional fee per week for air conditioning applies for all bookings
We are individual who have bought this nice flat a couple of years ago. We spend 2-3 weeks per year in Condado and are ready to rent it the rest of the year. We work with an efficient key holder - our neighbour - who will welcome you and take care.
The apartment is located in the large estate housing of Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. The very nice city of Puerto de Mazarron, with its beautiful beaches is at 30km south (highway) and the moutains of Sierra de Espuna (1,500m high) are at 30km north. The very nice cities of Murcia (35km) and Carthagena (50km) can be reached via highway definitely in less than one hour. The housing estate center of Al Kazar (1km) offer some restaurant and shops facilities. Sun is granted 300 days a year !
