Sleeping up to 5 guests in air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, this large apartment is perfect for all those guests looking for an unforgettable beachfront holiday in one of the prettiest resorts of Mallorca. With a perfect sandy beach, children facilities, restaurants, bars, shops virtually at your doorstep, this holiday home will not disappoint even the most demanding guests! The apartment is located on the first floor, to offer the added bonus of one of the largest sea-facing balconies of Puerto Pollensa. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms and is free of charge at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

Lost keys or keys left inside the property incur a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office.

On check-out day, rubbish must be removed from the property. A €150 waste disposal fee will apply if not.
