The owners who are my wife and I have put all the passion and love for the reconstruction of this apartment located in a place called La Mata, with cadastral reference 5913901YH0151S0235TX, from which we are captivated. It is located in front of the Mediterranean Sea on the beach of several km "La Mata" and the back of the "Natural Park of Las Lagunas de la Mata" also very close to the "Municipal Natural Park of Molino del Agua", the "Cabo Cervera" or coves like "Cala de la Higuera" or "Cala de La Zorra". All surrounded by walking trails. Near the place you can find surfing areas here you will find everything you need to rent to practice or even receive some class. Already in about 20 km2 there are several golf courses such as "Ciudad Quesada" about 15 minutes by car in the city of Rojales, golf course "La Finca" located in the city of Algorfa about 20 minutes from the apartment By car, the golf course "Villamartín" or the Campoamor golf course these two places in the Campoamor area about 30 minutes by car. It is an area with all kinds of amenities with supermarkets nearby or restaurants of various types such as Italian, Asian, hamburgers or local food.
