I've found my paradise and I'm ready to share it with you: Top apartment, bright, modern and comfortably furnished. Distance to the BEACH: 0 meters. Only the fish live closer to the sea than this apartment! Nice and cozy apartment. 1 bedroom and living room Cozy LIVING ROOM is oriented to the sea. A large south facing terrace. You can enjoy your meals on the large, planted TERRACE facing the beach. A great view of the Mediterranean Approx. 10 m to the sea, 3 m to the beach Central pool overlooking the sea The area is safe for children and nobody will disturb your privacy Close to shops Perfect for families and couples. Guaranteed 24 hours a day: 1. Sea pine eucalyptus. 2. The calming sound of the waves. Away from stress. 3. Super fast WiFi. 4. Large and well-kept garden

Neighbourhood information

My flat is located in a very quiet area between other neighbours who always live here or are on holiday. Please be respectful and quiet. Thank you. You can reach the centre of Marbella in 20 minutes by car. The port of Fuengerolla is 15 minutes away. Mijas 20 minutes drive. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I recommend Da Vinci Restourant and the cafe opposite. Recommended restaurant Miel y Nata Mountain, 10 minutes drive. Mercadona supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away. Directly in front of the house there is a 6 km wooden walkway connecting La Cala and Cabopino. Along the road there are many good restaurants and incredible views. The bus stop of the line N220 is 30 m away from us. This line connects Fuengirola-Marbella. From Fuengirola you can reach the airport and the city of Malaga by train.
