Lovely and comfortable flat with two bedrooms 10 minutes from Sevilla by metro. Located in a private complex with very nice gardens and swimming pool in summer. Is the perfect place to have a rest. You can also find all you need 2 minutes walking: banks, shopping center (Metromar), cinema, restaurants, 24h pharmacy... It has two bedrooms with doble bed both. The flat is decorating very nice and everything in it is really new. The flat has a private garden where you can rest looking at the trees. There is a 1 bathrrom, lovely kitchen and closed terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing.
I am very comunicate and happy person. I love to rent my apartment because I like to meet people.
The private complex is very quiet and relaxing, with big gardens and playground for the children. You can also enjoy the swimming pool in summer (50 metres). Access to Seville is very easy and quick by metro, but you can also take the bus or car. The metro is 2 minutes walking by the flat.
