Townhouse for rent in Perelló (Zona Pouet) (Sueca) (Valencia). It has 3 floors: 4 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, attic, balcony with views, 2 terraces (60 m2 on the ground floor and 20 m2 on the attic) and barbecue area. All rooms are provided with heating for winter and fans for summer, as well as mosquito nets on all windows. All renovated. Second line of beach. Capacity 9 people. baby crib PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PARTIES or EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Family tourism. In this accommodation you can breathe tranquility: relax with the whole family and enjoy the beach 50 m away! The Albufera of Valencia, bike routes, or hiking, are several attractions that are near here, as well as the practice of water sports, fishing and even a tennis club. The serenity of walking along the seashore or relaxing on our terrace makes this accommodation the ideal place to disconnect and feel free.

Very quiet neighborhood, next to the beach. Next to the walk. Quiet urbanization with very few townhouses. Beach with little influx of people. Supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. You can get there by bus, car, bicycle. Routes can be made. Very close is the Albufera de Valencia. Very attractive place in this city where you can observe beautiful sunsets, take a boat ride, eat in typical Valencian restaurants and be able to take routes through nature. A few kilometers away we find one of the best beaches in Valencia: Cullera, where you can enjoy good beaches and a good atmosphere. In Perelló you can enjoy water sports, fishing, etc.
