Al Alba is a cosy three-storey family home with private garage, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet, kitchen, living-dining room, chill-out areas and a magnificent terrace. It also has wifi, air conditioning and offers an electric car charger. Imagine yourself on the terrace, decorated with flowers and exotic plants, overlooking the entire bay, Punta de la Mona and the sea horizon. Enjoying unforgettable views, you can take a dip in the communal swimming pool or play a game of paddle tennis. The facilities are open all year round. There are four double bedrooms, one of which has its own furnished terrace and three full bathrooms. Al Alba is available for both short and long term stays. Al Alba is located in Los Altos de los Cármenes del Mar, one of the best urbanisations in the area, privileged for its panoramic views and less than ten minutes from the beach of La Herradura.

Los Altos de Cármenes is the best urbanisation in this part of La Herradura, with views of the bay, the Punta de la Mona and the sea. It also boasts of swimming pools and a paddle court, open all year round.
