Booking terms and conditions
By continuing with the reservation, all guests are accepting the terms and conditions set out below:
The Lessee undertakes to keep the Home in perfect condition and cleanliness during the duration period freely agreed between both parties.
11. Certain reservations may incur an extra cleaning fee. If the cleaning, collection, and recycling of garbage is not respected following the instructions of the Owner.
2. An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation and secure accommodation. The reservation will not be confirmed until this prepayment is received.
Several days in advance, a link will be sent to the client so that all guests can register online. Said registration must be carried out before arrival or access to the Finca. Otherwise you will not be able to access it.
3. The final amount will be paid before arrival. Upon receipt of this last payment, instructions will be sent that will include arrival details and how to contact our team.
-It is totally forbidden to celebrate events of any kind, bachelor party, illegal parties, abusive alcohol consumption, excess noise or music, etc.
-In group reservations on the entire property, people under 25 years of age will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by adults over 35 years of age.
-Maximum respect is required for other guests, neighboring neighbors, correct use of furniture, plants and other elements included in the property.
-Access to the property is not permitted, nor is it allowed to exceed the number of people described in the reservation contract. without supervision or express consent of the owner.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate termination of the reservation contract, loss of the Deposit and immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Decree 5/2022, of May 16, on noise in holiday homes, provides for fines of up to €300,000 for the following causes:
- Cause inconvenience to neighbors.
- Use musical devices.
- Create loud noises.
- Have parties
- Invite unregistered guests
- Not respecting absolute silence from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
5. Entry is from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The deadline for departure is 10:30. Failure to respect these schedules may result in an extra cost .
6. A deposit of between €300 and €1,000 (depending on the accommodation) is required as a credit card charge to cover possible damages, additional cleaning costs, theft or departures outside of established hours. This amount, less the 2.5% bank fee for collection at the POS, will be refunded once the accommodation has been verified within 2 weeks of departure.
7. Once the accommodation has been reserved, no change of ownership can be made, without entailing any expense.
8. All accommodations are equipped with a basic supply (kitchen paper, toilet paper and perhaps seasonings salt/pepper, etc.). Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these elements and it will be the guest who will have to be responsible for their purchase. Complete information about the reservation conditions, cancellation policy and privacy will be made available during the reservation process.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 09:00:00.
A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
