Days before your arrival, we will contact you at the phone number you provided in your reservation to arrange the time of your arrival. Depending on availability, upon prior request, and only if the property is available and prepared for your arrival, you may check in before 5:00 pm. This depends on the time our cleaning department needs to prepare the new stay. Please note that if you plan to arrive later than 7:00 pm, you must inform us in advance to deposit your keys in a keybox at our agency so you can pick them up independently. For the payment of the security deposit, you have the option to pay it physically at the agency during our business hours or do it remotely through a secure payment link from BBVA bank. This deposit will be refunded within seven days after your departure, subject to verification of the property.
