Please note that a damage deposit of 300 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. It is luxury apartment just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Los Cristianos. The apartment was recently renovated. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV and a fully equipped American-style kitchen. From the living room there is access to a very sunny terrace of 20 m2 with a rest and dining area. The apartment is in a complex with a swimming pool, but it has its own separate entrance with a staircase leading to the first floor. Next to the apartment there is a 24-hour supermarket, and within walking distance several restaurants and bars. The perfect location to spend your holidays in the south of Tenerife without needing a car!
