There is easy access to this 1st Floor, 3 bedrooms, 2-bathroom apartment situated above the corner of a quintessential Canarian Square. The apartment has been recently fully refurbished. The property shares a lift to the communal 5th Floor Roof Terrace and Swimming Pool with stunning sea views across Puerto de Santiago, Los Gigantes and Las Arenas. Close by, there is a shopping centre, additional to individual restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers cafés and pizzerias; all these ingredients reflect an atmosphere of somewhere more Latin and local than touristic hotspot. A few minutes’ walk away is George’s Sporting Club with Gym, paddle and tennis courts alongside pool, snooker and darts. There are several beaches nearby, the nearest (7 minutes’ walk) is Chica Beach. Don’t miss an opportunity to experience this little gem.

Puerto Santiago has kept much of its charm as a once small fishing village. There are a couple of beaches a mere 7-10 minute walk away and there is a great choice of restaurants and bars providing a relaxed low key nightlife. Los Gigantes and Las Arenas, 2 family orientated resorts are both within walking distance and also provide a quaint harbour and many more restaurants and bars alongside a variety of tourist activity options.
