El apartamento está situado en el casco antiguo de Cartagena, a escasos pasos de numerosas atracciones turísticas y a unos 500 m del centro comercial de la ciudad. Se sitúa en la planta baja de un edificio construido en 2005. El apartamento dispone de dos terrazas interiores de uso privado. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios dobles (uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con una litera), y además dispone de un sofá cama para dos personas en el salón, lo que permite una ocupación máxima de 6 personas. Existe la posibilidad de colocar además una cuna. La vivienda dispone de 2 baños completos, uno con bañera y otro con ducha. La cocina está equipada con vitrocerámica de inducción, horno, microondas, lavadora y frigorífico, así como de tostadora, exprimidor, cafetera italiana y hervidor de agua. Dispone de menaje completo.

A poca distancia se sitúa el centro de interpretación de la muralla púnica, restos de una antigua calzada Romana, el museo regional de arte moderno, la antigua plaza de toros construida sobre el circo romano Muy cerca también (300 m) se encuentra el castillo de la Concepción y la Muralla del Mar construida en tiempos de Carlos III. El campus de la Muralla de la Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena se sitúa a menos de 100 m del alojamiento. La zona comercial, bares y restaurantes del centro de la ciudad están a 400 m del alojamiento. En los alrededores del alojamiento se dispone de supermercados.
