Arrival time (Check-in) is between 16:00 and 20:00. Late check-in (between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) is allowed on request, subject to availability and with a supplement of €15 to be paid at the time of handing over the keys. Check-out is before 11:00. Pets are allowed on request and under supplement (10 euros/pet/stay). No more than 2 pets are allowed. It is necessary to notify in advance about the arrival time. Guest must provide a valid phone number to facilitate communication. This property is managed by an individual and does not issue invoices. At the entrance, anyone over 16 years of age must present an identity document. To hand over the keys, the person listed in the reservation details must be present. This property charges a damage deposit of 100 euros upon delivery of keys (in cash, bank transfer or bizum) and is returned within a maximum period of 7 days after check-out. Keep in mind that the old town has many rules, ask any questions. Put on comfortable shoes to walk around Toledo. A reservation contract will be signed at the time of handing over the keys. Check-in is in person, there is no possibility of automatic check-in. This establishment does not offer household products.
