From the master bedroom you can access a beautiful and bright private patio, adorned with plants like a garden. This space will give you spaciousness, light and a pleasant outdoor stay without leaving the apartment. It is equipped with chairs and a garden table where you can have breakfast, have a coffee, tea or simply relax reading a book. New free parking space, easy to maneuver and very spacious, Wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, code access and elevator are some of the amenities offered by this home.
