Welcome! We are My Spanish Home (mshome.es) and our only goal is the welfare and enjoyment of our guests. We will receive you in person to explain everything related and necessary to the property, as well as advice and resources. And we have a phone available 24 hours a day in case you need it. In addition we can facilitate transportation to the airport or the Ave or bus station. We will try that you spend perfect days!

Property information

Relax in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with pool, free WIFI and underground parking in front of the Rincon de la Victoria beach, with its wonderful promenade full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and terraces. Perfect for walking or sports along its more than 20 kilometers. Beach views from the whole house, including the terrace. At the door is the bus stop that leads directly to Calle Larios in less than 30 minutes.

Neighbourhood information

The area is magnificent. The beach is across the street and can be seen from the entire house. Bus stop at the door that connects with the entire coast and directly with the center of Malaga in less than 30 minutes. On the seafront you have everything you need. Many restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach bars. It is also very close to the center of Rincón (walking distance) where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops, etc... There is a large playground at the back of the building. Next to the playground there is a skate park, the municipal auditorium and an enclosed dog park with swings for the furriest members of the family.

The check in time is as follows:

- From 12:00 to 20:00 hours.

Exceptions:

- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: delivery of keys, delivery of luggage, even change of clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it ends, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.

- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.

- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.

- We do not receive after 1:00

- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Please ask.

- Check out time is 11 am.

PLEASE NOTE:

The swimming pool will be open only from June 15th until September 15th due to seasonal changes.

The airport transportation service to and from the property incurs an additional charge. Prices may vary, so please inquire beforehand.
