Three bedroom holiday apartment located on a second floor in the Ferrera Park complex, in Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or. The complex has a community pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is only 5 minutes' walk. Three bedroom apartment for 6 people. There is an open space with kitchen area -with a dining table-, and the living room that has access to a balcony with pool and sea views. There are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and two shower-rooms -one of them is en suite-. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms Spiral staircase to go to the apartament not appropriate for people with limited mobility. Should you need further information, please contact us. There is a community pool overlooking the sea and direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Well kept garden with lawned areas has many pine trees that give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park.
