Apartment with spectacular views of the sea in a very quiet area. It has a large terrace and community pool. The taste of salt and the murmur of the sea fill every corner of this beautiful apartment. Ideal location just 50 meters from the sea. They will allow you quiet walks, practice of water sports, golf, horse riding and visits to the Marjal Pego-Oliva natural park or mountain walks. Just 2 km from Oliva Nova and 3 km from Oliva town. It has a bright dining room with a kitchen, a double room with a panoramic window and sea views. Two full bathrooms and a double room with a large desk for teleworking. Fully equipped, with appliances, hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and household items. Services and common areas The apartment has a communal pool in height, with spacious views and has a small garden. The urbanization has a cafeteria, restaurant, pharmacy and other usual services. Other notable aspects If necessary, request a crib, children's bathtub, high chair or child railing in your reservation.
