The charming holiday apartment consists of a living room with 1 double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with another 2 single beds as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning (only in the living room), cable television, a baby cot and a children's bed. Outside, your lovely, furnished terrace, invites you to share delicious meals together in the evenings. On your balcony, enjoy a glass of wine in the fresh air. The residence’s communal outdoor area includes a lush garden and a refreshing pool (open from June 15th until Sep 30th) for those warm afternoons. Thanks to the property’s exceptional location, local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance - many of located along the hustle and bustle of the beach promenade, about a 10-minute walk away. A beautiful park by the shoreline is a 4-minute walk from the residence and the beautiful, white sands of the beach Playa de La Barrosa, is 700 m away or about 8 minutes walking from your front door. Parking spaces are available on the property. Upon request, a cleaning service can be organized for an extra price. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
