Alojamiento La Colonia has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The well-lit living room has a 65-inch television and is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans and televisions. The house is totally outward facing. A complete renovation of the apartment has been carried out; work completed in June 2020. Brand new appliances, furniture, beds and bathrooms. The building has four floors with an elevator, the apartment is on the second floor. The elevator stops on a landing, you have to go down 8 steps to the house.
There are several supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers and restaurants in the neighborhood, less than a 5-minute walk away. On the promenade of Playa de La Colonia, there are a large number of cafes and bars.
