Newly refurbished 30m studio, on GROUND FLOOR, without interior windows, with independent access. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to have the best holidays and enjoy Valencia. It has a private bathroom, kitchen, 135 double bed and a sofa bed. Located in Olivereta, a typical Valencian neighborhood with an authentic character. The Río Turia apartments are very close to the metro station that goes to the beach and the airport. 20 minutes walking from the center and 5 minutes from the Río Turia Park.
