Great central location yet quiet & peaceful. Our property does Not cater for those who are disabled and/or with limited mobility. The Property has No WIFI. There are 3 double bedrooms with maximum capacity of 6 persons, two rooms have double beds, the 3rd has 2 single beds, the two rooms with double beds have mountain views and amazing sky at night,( one of them is small), a kitchennett, and a bathroom (No Bath). It is located at one minute walk from the public swimming pool, opens during the summer only with 3 Euro entry, cheaper for kids. The apartment is tastefully decorated & clutter free, where comfort meets sustainability. Rest easy on our lush eco-friendly mattresses & climate pledge-friendly bedlinen. The apartment has a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a washing machine, fridge with small freezer that has some ice cubes, freezer is routinely cleaned, two ring Vitrocerámica, bread toaster, pans & pots, cutlery, plates, wine glasses, glasses, mugs, electric water heater/tank, shops close at 8.00 pm, silicone table corner on all hazardous corners and door stoppers for little ones hung on the back of bedroom door handle. Enter the apartment into the living/ kitchen area, where you have two sofas, 40" TV, extendable dining table with 5 chairs + two stalls (one in the smallest bedroom) table is left extended. Through the living room is a hallway door, behind it the cleaning tools are hung, a broom, mop & bucket below sink, and a dustpan, this leads to a corridor with the kitcken, bathroom on LHS with a sliding door no lock on the inside (door has been fixed), in the other cabinet drawers there are toilet paper and fist aid kit, then the 3 double bedrooms. The property sleeps six comfortably & doesn't accommodate people with limited mobility, we do not allow neither smoking nor pets. Note: The property is under new management and we have taken some steps to improve the guest experience.

We are more than happy to make your stay comfortable, I enjoy making things clean, pristine and inviting for my guests. The apartment is modest, comfortable and tastefully decorated with no clutter, light, airy, quiet, clean & cheerful. Located in the heart of El Bosque. It has 3 double-bedrooms, one of them is small, sleeps six comfortably, may not sit 6 comfortably to eat around the extendable dinning table. I provide the following: salt, pepper, tea, coffee, cooking apron, olive oil, cleaning tools & materials, toilet paper, hand soap (hard & liquid), body wash & No Shampoo. And washing liquid. 100% cotton bed linen & bath towels per short stay guests & as per booking, two dark colour face towels are particularly for ladies to wipe makeup off. We do not admit, smokers, bicycles and/or pets into the apartment. There is an iron in above TV furniture piece, a small ironing board hung behind the hallway door, one hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet drawer below sink, one portable heater located in tte hallway, in the lounge the air conditioningworks hot & cold. There are 36 stairs in total. Under no circumstances will double rooms be reserved for individual use.
