El apartamento San Marcos es perfecto para ese público de familias que quieren visitar San Sebastián. La vivienda consta con unas vistas espectaculares al Fuerte de San Marcos y a la montaña Peñas de Aia. El apartamento tiene parking gratuito . La zona donde se encuentra en apartamento es una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad con conexiones de transporte público, justo debajo del apartamento tienes metro y bus. El apartamento está ubicado a unos 10 minutos en coche de San Sebastián.

El barrio de Altza es un barrio de gente de la zona, rodeado de monte y prácticamente a 10 minutos en autobús del centro. Debajo de casa tienes desde bar de pintxos a supermercado y todo tipo de servicios. San Sebastián cp. 20017 Paseo de Alza N22 13C
