Hello, I am Ramon, I manage this beautiful apartment with pool 50 meters from the beach, I remain at the entire disposal of customers to inform them about any activity they want to do in the area. The majority of reservations, I attend them pernally, when I am not present, there is always someone from the family or the service that helps us with the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, available for access or any query about it.

Property information

Apartment with large terrace, with a pool 50 meters from the beach, has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Spacious dining room, ideal for large families and groups of friends. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning (Split in living room). Quiet space, family area, second residence of lifelong holidaymakers, facing the beach, 350 m from the center of Salou. Urban buses just 5/7 minutes walk to any destination (Leisure / Party area, Port Aventura, etc ...) nearby train station. Both the apartment and the terrace are for the use of guests, friends and family members. The only common areas is the pool.
