Payment of the tourist tax upon arrival at the apartment, two euros fifty per person per night. Excellent apartment very well located, in the center of Es Pujols where the island's tourist leisure area is and less than 100 meters from the seafront. Equipped with all the necessary comforts. It has a capacity for 4-6people and consists in its interior of 70 m2, divided into two large bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen and a balcony with views of the pool. As an extra point, each room has its air conditioning like the rest of the apartment, television in each bedroom and free WIFI. Its exterior consists of a large terrace, a swimming pool and public parking. Ecotax will be paid at the entrance.

We have acquired this apartment to be able to offer travelers a place where they can rest, spend their vacations and enjoy our wonderful and magical island. You can access the Es Pujols beach, which is just 100 meters away, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, car rentals, supermarkets, taxis and the pharmacy without the need for a vehicle thanks to its position. Very close to everything but at the same time in a quiet environment to be able to rest, ideal for families, couples or a group of friends.
