The fine print
Please note that from the 1st April to the 31st October (summer season) the reception will open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Keys must be collected during the afternoon. If you expect to arrive outside these times, please contact Apartamentos Solneu in advance.
Please note that the 24-hour reception, the restaurant and the bar are only open during winter season.
A surcharge of (50, 100, 150, EUR) applies for departures after 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 respectively hours. If the departure is after 16:00 a full night will be charge. All requests for late departures are subject to confirmation by the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 10:00:00.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
