-Please note that we pre-authorise a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked.

-We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodation. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person.

-The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).

-The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation.
