This spacious apartment is located in one of the closest tower to the sea in Spain, with nothing between the apartment and the sea (no roads between). They feature spectacular views, direct access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood of Albufera, just 5 minutes away by car to Alicante center, or by public transport. Views are really unique, as it is a 17th floor, also the proximity to the sea and a SE orientation. If you want to enjoy the sea that´s your place.

I´ll inform you about the area; transport (train and buses), the Albufera area, restaurants, pleasant walks, beaches....Also about Alicante center; the Santa Barbara castle, museums, interesting places, night life, etc...and the villages around; Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Denia, Tabarca island...
The area of Albufera is very close to the center of Alicante but at the same time without the hassle of hustle and bustle, and very well connected by public transport. There are restaurants very close to the beach, bars with terraces and small shops. Also leisure areas; a playground for children, tennis courts, etc It is well connected, just a few minutes walking distance from both , bus or TRAM. Direct connection with Alicante center, as with other towns like Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Denia..pistas courts, etc ....
