Brand new, beautifully furnished apartment in Santiago de la Ribera, 50m from the sea and the amazing wide sandy beach. At your disposal will be two private terraces, and a community swimming pool (shared only with seven apartments). There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and heating in winter. Of course, we also provide internet. The apartment includes a private parking space. Here you will spend an unforgettable holiday.

Santiago de la Ribera is located on the coast of Murcia. This old fishing village boasts a 4 km long beach of golden and fine sand, and its Mediterranean waters are perfect for sunbathing and water sports all year round. Along the beach, you can stroll along the amazing palm-lined promenade lined with shops and restaurants. It is worth trying the local cuisine full of exquisite fish and seafood. In the summer, two extraordinary events take place here: on July 16, the feast of the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of sailors, and in the third week of July, the San Javier International Jazz Festival.
