The House is located in a closed area and has a communal pool 20 meters. The house has 3 floors, 12 apartments. The house is built in 2015. Apartment area is 72m2. Square garden 54,0m2. The apartment has an ENGLISH TV with 55 cable channels and a Satellite dish for watching all major European TV channels. Wi-Fi speed 35 Mbit/s. This is green area. Near 350 m have a channel of fresh water by which it is convenient to walk. Next 500m restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy.

I love Golf. I like the following Golf courses: Las Colinas; Las Ramblas; Lo Romero; LA Finca. The Golf shop “Galaxy Golf SL” is near the You apartment 662. You need to walk 5 minutes. You can reserve (Green Fees) any of the Golf courses in this Golf shop. There are 25 Golf courses. You will receive all the necessary information in the Golf shop.

Nearest town: Torrevieja (15 km); Granada (45 km); Murcia (60 km), Madrid (400km). Golf: 5-10 minutes by car to 4 Golf courses: Las Colinas Is the Best field in Spain 2015, Golf Villamartin; Las Ramblas de Campoamor; the Campoamor Golf resort. Restaurants: 3-5 minutes walking distance 15-th of restaurants. Beaches: 7-15 minutes by car to the beaches of the Costa Blanca: Campoamor; La Zenia; Guadamar; La Mata.
