Newly renovated apartment (April 2022) of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen and an amazing terrace with sea view. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microoven, toaster, coffee machine, TV and washing machine. Fully furnished with all necessary new appliances and everything you need, including bed linen and towels. There are free parking spots on the street near the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Aguadulce is a very lively town situated on the coast. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and chiringuitos where you can eat, drink and relax at the beach, which is right in front of the apartment. Aguadulce is situated between Almeria (10km) and Roquetas de mar (7km), all means of transport are within a walking distance. The nearest airport is Almería Airport.
