The apartment is located very close to the sea, on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Offering a private terrace with a wonderful view, you can enjoy the best breakfast in the morning while admiring the sunrise over the calm sea. In addition, you can easily enjoy the pleasure of swimming in the sea and sunbathing, just take a step! For those with children, don't worry, there is also a children's communal pool with salt water. The apartment's location is excellent, as you can reach all services on foot: restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, taxis, bus stops, supermarkets, shops, and much more. You can enjoy the beach not only in Port d'Alcudia but also in other beautiful bays such as La victoria. Meanwhile, you can't miss the street market every Tuesday and Sunday in the town of Alcudia, where you can buy local and artisan products.
