This modern style townhouse is a block away from the beach. It's comfortable, quite and sparkling clean. It has an open terrace with ocean view and two sunbeds. The ocean and main avenue (Avenida de las Playas) can be seen from main door. It also comes with a king size bed, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washer, and livingroom. The place includes free WIFI access and an smart tv with channels such BBC, SKY and popular Netflix and Youtube channels.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located a 3 minutes walk from the  beach and main avenue ( Avenida de las Playas) and what is called la 'Milla de Oro de Lanzarote' or the  'Golden Mile of Lanzarote' an exclusive zone, lined with all shops, restaurants, beaches, nightlife a zoo and a kids playground across the street etc.  My lastest reviews rated as a great location
