The apartment has 69 m2 + 70 m2 private solarium with plants, is in a beautiful setting of gardens, swimming pools, golf club Roda Golf & Beach Resort. Beautiful golf course, peaceful and quiet accommodation in a guarded area with security. Beautiful and blooming manicured gardens. The pools are at your disposal. Clean accommodation. A short distance from the sea. Lots of restaurants and sports facilities in the vicinity. Beautiful place to visit Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante. A popular restaurant in the village of RODA. A luxury restaurant on the golf course. In the summer of July and August, there is a great fun fair for children in the town of Los Alcazares near the Lidl department store. The best transport is by car, which you can park in the guarded area in front of the apartment.
