This flat, located on the first floor, has a bedroom that receives plenty of natural light when the terrace door is open. The room is also well ventilated. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen-size bed. In addition, the flat has a separate private bathroom and a spacious outdoor terrace. On the outdoor terrace, you will find a small kitchenette equipped with an auxiliary fridge, a portable induction hob (one fire) and a microwave. It is important to note that this auxiliary kitchen is not comparable to an indoor kitchen, as, being exposed to the elements, it cannot offer all the facilities that a regular kitchen would have. The spacious terrace is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the good weather in the city. Here you will find two sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a table with two chairs, ideal for having a coffee or reading, and two resin armchairs with a coffee table, perfect for chatting or contemplating the views. In addition, in the common areas you will have access to a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. On the other hand, you will be able to enjoy a solarium located on the highest floor of the building. This open-air space will allow you to relax and enjoy panoramic views while sunbathing.
