Charming and spacious apartment nearly like a semi-detached chalet just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Arenal, which is awarded with the Blue Flag of the EU practically every year, from shops and restaurants. To each apartment belongs a space of 200m2 of the garden. The pool is communal. There are some exclusive parking spaces for residents of the complex. Very quiet area despite its unbeatable location. Family atmosphere. These charming apartments are equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. It also has two full bathrooms, a living room with television and three bedrooms.

The beautiful north coast of Menorca has one of the longest beaches on the island, is surrounded by nature and at the same time has a wide variety of services for the whole family. At about 150 meters, you have numerous restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets, a pharmacy, car rental, kayaks, a diving center, and for children inflatable castles and an aquapark. The ideal place for family vacations.
